"If I will also be silenced by the threat of legal action then others will take my place." Over the past few months I have noticed some radio promoters have been removed from the air and been taken to court because they haven't disclosed their stock holdings and fees received for their services. Many on S.I. excessively hype or lie about their favorite stocks. It is only a matter of time before some regulatory agency attempts to silence them and Silicon Investor.
