yes, the flight time & composition
of travelers was what i had in mind,
and also the fact that none of the
flights will originate from or travel to
the states....

i mentioned first class
because that was the topic of the
article i cited earlier.

(i would tend to agree as to business class
growth, but among airlines such as virgin,
the dividing line has been blurred, if not erased.)
