If you are asking me what Webstreet charges on margin accounts, I don't know. I have DLJ Direct, and I did not have a margin account with them. I am applying for one with NDB, however. I filled out the app. for NDB tonight. I wonder how long it will take to get the new acct. open and then DTC my holdings into the NDB account? I'm hoping I can get that all taken care of by early next week.

ETRADE I have used etrade and have had no problems. For all who are looking for a new discount broker, check out www.gomezadvisors.com . They compare most of the discount brokers. the last time I looked, ETRADE moved up to number 2 in ranking.

OFF TOPIC << Etrades is poor if you like to trade. They don't even confirm a market order in a timely manner. I didn't know for almost an hour that a market order had been rejected! It cost me $600. Grade F for timeliness. Dan, what does Webstreet charge on there margin accounts? Thanks, Art>> I agree on that one .. they do take for ever to confirm an order. That is the reason that i am still looking around. Overall, though i have not been able to find something better. Pete
