Owen - it's David

Hello again - we spoke on the phone a while ago - thanks for your time. I'm the guy with the Australian accent who asked all the questions - and yes - you convinced me that Aquasol Solution (licensed to ICI as Hydrosol 700) is just as revolutionary as SV-35. Good luck on the testing with the airlines. I'm dying to know which large US oil company is testing, or has ordered Hydrosol 700/and or SV-35 to clean the inside of their storage tanks. I'll just burst if I don't find out pronto - and please don't tell me that I'll have to wait for Tuesday like everyone else - I'll go crazy!! So are orders still `explosive' or have they gone thermonuclear by now? Thanks for all the Aquasol news - I knew that I missed some things when I was taking down my notes.

I'm sorry for the rapid slide in the quality of some of the recent posts - goes with the territory I'm afraid.

Terry Wiseman (Canadian Head ICI Devoe Coatings) and I spoke briefly Friday afternoon. He seemed a bit 'miffed' that folks at ICI had been talking with me about the NIR-Aquasol-ICI linkages.

Terry, no-one told me anything proprietary (I don't think), no-one told me the dates when anything was going to happen, and some folks told me that they couldn't talk about some things. I just went through the April 21 NIR news release with them, and asked them to expand on some of the more general comments made there. What we do here is just try to put it all together and share our sources of information - plus check what each other has posted. So I hope that you don't come down on anyone for talking to me, or to the others that have phoned ICI. You also said that folks at ICI read the NIR forums, Napier too I guess. Hello everyone :-)

I'm too afraid to go to Calgary now: I don't know if I would get a handshake as an interested party, investor and spreader of good news; or if I would get a poke in the eye with all of the ICI information that I've posted here!!

I just want to say that I've found all three companies to be very investor friendly. I was given all the time that I needed to ask my questions and I was treated very courteously and professionally - all the way down the line - I've even been to ICI's World Corporate Headquarters in London (as you know). I've only spoken to Napier once - preferring to focus on the two other main players - Aquasol and ICI. I concentrated on ICI - why - because they are a massive `blue chip' industrial behemoth. I just presumed that they had already done the DD on Napier and Aquasol - so why recheck (in detail) where ICI had already been?

Being investor-friendly is really important for publicly traded companies. There is a lot of investor support out there - and I know that it has taken all three industrial players by somewhat of a surprise.
Bottom line - if it's good - investors will find it - fast!!

So is everyone looking forward to really sticking it to DuPont ;-)

***NIR DAMAGE CONTROL GOES INTO EFFECT JUNE 8th***

Joining the fun Mr. Owen (a/k/a whoever) from MIDTRADSA??? (or did you say Aquasol) suddenly joins SI on Sunday June 7th, at around midnight to proclaim Aquasol's innocence...

Delisted and "never went public" are two very different things. Funny how you guys claim Aquapoop was listed on the internet 11 years ago (mmm...that's a looooong time these days), but NIRs web site can't be found today?

Will you be vacationing by the "great lakes" with Davey this summer? He's an ageless Ph. D. didn't you know? He knows everything about ICI mass training of their employees for the big Aquasol, ICI, Napier, conquest of the world! Ask him all about his SV-35 summer salad dressing!

The Financial Post reports in a full-page Hot Stock corporate profile in its Wednesday edition that Napier International Technologies wants to paint the town with the latest stripper. Reporter John Greenwood says that in the beginning of the year, shareholders of Napier have been on a roller-coaster ride of expectations and recriminations. For a few days in late April and early May, the relatively unknown Napier, which was the topic of many an Internet chat group, was among the most actively traded issues on the Toronto Stock Exchange with daily volume as high as three million shares. A B.C. Securities Commission spokesman says that Carlo Civelli's cease trade order will be lifted when he complies. Delta Air Lines spokeswoman Peggy Esty says that Delta's guys in the paint shop are delighted with the stuff, referring to Napier's SV-35 paint stripper.
