Doug, I've always understood "NEWTECH" to be Chuca's generic term for the various new technologies being developed to unlock the metals within the South-West dirts. It does not refer to any one process or company. It's Chuca's prerogative to explain his exact meaning, but I hate to watch you chase your tail. -Michael
