if money flows to know how then micron must not have it, correct? you make no sense, larry. know how doesn't build a fab at the peak of the cycle. know how doesn't say the koreans are out of inventory when they aren't. know how doesn't cut dividends and know how doesn't say demand remains strong when supply is collapsing it.

know how, schmo how. look at mu's unbalance sheet this q, larry.

Larry,

Does MU's vaunted know how extend to making money at current prices ... does it even stretch to covering their costs of production????? They sure are exhibiting a lot of know how. So now, when they can't even make the cost of production in their own facility, when they have a white elephant standing idle in Lehi, now it makes sense to buy TI's antiquated fabs??? TI has been trying to get out of the DRAM business for at least a year ... how much do you think they've invested in next-generation manufacturing equipment??? (try nada). If this does happen it's purely a Wall St. play by MU and in fact will illustrate how desperate they are ... a great putting opportunity.

regards, Mike
