You're mighty blind for an optician. I posted links to the filings that clearly show that Mr. Chadha has sold over a million shares. Unless you think the SEC is posting erroneous filings, your insistence that he has not makes no sense.

Why do you insist that Osicom is a start up? This company has been in operation since the 80's.

As an optician, can you explain how keeping one's eyes closed helps one to see better?

>>Par Chadha as history will record has not sold shares in recent months (since the end of 1997)....even Barb Payne will see if she uses both eyes.

From the reports, Par's share DID really be lowered down, if he did not sell the share, what have happened? I am inexperienced in buying this kind of company share, which the company still be treated as a start up after 10 years' same management operation, and change their catch of today every 6 to 8 quarters, and no matter what kind of fishes they caught, they call them their mission. Unfortunately most of the fishes is DOA so only the Captain Par can eat some fresh meats, all of us only be provided with fishy stuff.

Optican1, can you help me to learn a little bit more about this company. Actually what I want say is that all the longs have all the right to go long, but don't pretend there is a good reason other than hype to buy this stock so to make the inexperienced one to join, and after that, ask them to sell at loss and call them chick.
