interesting story in wednesdays edition of the new york times.. seems a company had a herb..they were selling it.the fda stopped them and said it was a drug. so, the company went to court and the judge ruled that the fda was wrong and ordered the merchandise released from the fda back to the company.the company will be allowed to sell the product and the fda may not legally interfere. very interesting. wonder if any one else saw it? prln..wonder if they are getting ready to get some positive things together so we can get some action going in the stock..seems very quiet for the company...
