Can you give me more detail on the lawsuit for stock manipulation.

Is this the one where the shareholder of the acquired company accused them of depressing the price to lower the cost of the acquisition, or is it another instance?

They seem to be trying to push the price up now with a ton of conference calls. MW pointed out that the company can force conversion of warrants if they get the price above 20 for 20 consecutive days. He estimates they can raise $12 mil this way.

Regards,

Archer

Another lost sheep:
You state that SRCM's technology is 10 years old. Guess what, so is
Microsoft's Windows. Maybe I'm wrong but hasn't Microsoft upgraded Windows
over the last 10 years (Windows, 3.1, 95, 98, NT)????? Even Cheerios cereal
improves its product every year.

Get a clue, don't you think that SRCM has continually added and improved its
software over the last few years? The important bit of information from
you is time. SRCM's software has been in development for just under 10
years, and as a result, has been awarded the only patents given out covering
this industry!!!! That prevents the me-too's the have shown up over the last
year from entering this industry (Internet over TV) as it comes to fruition.
