It was not at all specific as to what the "defamatory comments" were, so it's somewhat difficult to pass judgement. Not that we would "pass judgement" ... SI is a marketplace of ideas, and we do not attempt to determine the validity or accuracy of information provided. All disclaimers aside, I hope the TSE will participate on SI to refute the statements (whatever it is they object to) rather than resort to litigation.
