The stock has already appreciated several thousand percents in the past decade.

Tell that to representatives of other BOPS vendors (Baan, Oracle, PeopleSoft). Actually BAANF and PSFT are growing faster than SAPHY (in relative terms).

Many people complain it is "over-engineered".

Another plus of PSFT, for instance: I can go to EDGAR and download SEC reports electronically. For SAPHY only the usual PR releases are available, nothing for serious due diligence.
