But having lived in the DC area in the past, I know that I will be happy there--except that I will miss the weather in CA. The real estate market there is quite hot -- it came down to choosing between three houses. I bought one that had been listed for two days when I saw it. The other two had been listed for less than two weeks and they were gone within a week thereafter!! >>I know someone that has lived in LA for over 10 years and he still misses the seasons.<< I'll miss LA--I loved the weather, the multi-cultural atmosphere, the ocean, and where I live--the hiking trails. >>At least it should make it easier for you and Options Jerry to settle your bet.
