Frank and All. This article was good news for Intel.

But now the FTC has decided to bring an Anti Trust Suit against Intel. This is pretty unreal. Deep down I thought that the FTC may change their minds. I think every company that is profitable has to worry now that the GVT is going after them. But whatever the outcome, I heard it should take at least a year for this stuff to go anywhere. But in the mean time, I am sure, Intel will have to watch every step they are making. Great way to treat your good companies that have made this economy what it is.

If anyone is interested, CNBC will carry the FTC announcement live at 2:30 EST.

Sonny

P.S. Latest article on the suit announcement.

Frank and All. Sonny will be off SI probably for the rest of this week. He had some problems last night and will be in the hospital for some tests.

I watched CNN with him tonight and he was happy to see the techs move. He is not too happy that there is no CNBC on his TV.

I was supposed to read all the posts and report to him tomorrow. He will be surprised that there has been no posting. But as long as everyones stocks are doing well now.

Regards
