Del just got this reply from R. Eisenberg. Just asked him a couple of questions on how the company is doing and how their relationships are going with MITAC & ZILOG.

<< Rick, Love their new web site, Can you tell me how their doing, can we expect any news in the immediate future? Anything cooking with MITAC these days. Also is ZILOG going to continue in the Set top box business or are they abandoning that part of their business. I had heard rumors that Zilog was thinking about going in another direction.
Thanks

John:

Thanks for your message.

Obviously, I can't comment as to whether there will announcements from MSU in the immediate future. However, I can tell you that the ban on making announcements has been lifted. Therefore, MSU can be expected to make announcements when they are ready to be made.

Mitac sales continue to come in; there have been roughly $3 million in sales over the last year or so. Zilog has announced it will soon be getting out of the set-top business; however, it will continue to serve as a foundry for AIM for the manufacture of the NetBox for the foreseeable future.

I agree, the new MSU website is a big improvement over its predecessor; hopefully, it will attract some new investors.

Rick Eisenberg
