Margy,

Are referring to reciprocal retracement? If so, as an example:

A stock above the IL is at 18.
It falls to the ACT at 12
That is a 33% drop
The RR to trade would be a 33% "bounce" off the ACT from 12 to 16.

Ohhhhhh, now I see what you're asking about. RECR in that list of scan results is a typo. It should be RESR.
