It seems logical to me to assume if you knew how many shares he was selling, you would also know the price he was selling at.

What may seem logical to you Pugs, probably is, illogical.

Excellent point, Pugs. What price? That gives an indication as to what
he thinks is going to happen. Waiting on the price. Bet it isn't where
the stock is trading now!
