Kevin, I appreciate that every service contract has hardware sales potential.. as do all of IBM's competitors. Its the road many are taking as they search for new profit areas.

At this point in time I think the street's expectations (and IBM's previously stated revenue goals) will be shy of the mark. This is happening to many sterling companies, IBM is not alone.
