JDN: Critical mass is missing. The Mgmt team are not aggressive enough to improve revenues/income by expansion. They tried splitting the stock , that did not help. The stock has and will continue with its low P/E. They need to establish growth and that they are unable to do. Shareholder value can now only improve if they break up the divisions and sell them one at a time. I am sure one of the leading Bankers such as Morgan Stanley will be able to find a Buyer.
