Transformation Processing Inc. (TPI) (OTCBB: TPII), announced today it has
signed an agreement with NEXUS Unlimited, Inc. of Chicago, to form a
strategic alliance for Year 2000 services. The alliance will involve joint
marketing and business development for Year 2000 services including
Information Technology (IT), Embedded systems and Asset Management.

Skip Johnson, Vice President for Strategic Development at NEXUS, stated:

Paul Mighton, Chief Executive Officer of TPI, stated: "TPI views this

NEXUS Unlimited, Inc., established in 1980, delivers customized Integrated
