It was mentioned on Friday that Montana is being considered as a possible area for expansion. From what I have found it does appear to fit nicely into the low end area of casino gaming. VGM's are limited to 20 machines per license (liquor) and are regulated by the Montana Dept. of Justice, Gambling Control Division. It appears there are both taxes and license fees involved. Two negatives as I see it would be the sparse population and competition from Indian Casinos.
