That is great news about reducing the common by 14,000,000 shares. How is that done? Do they just retire them or is it a buy back? Does it take any kind of official approval?

well last week he suddenly started telling shareholders a bunch of bunk. So apparently he knew he was on his way out. He does have some black marks on his past (as per Investor Summary post). what he was saying last week made no sense.

People do not leave people with black marks in their past in control with major powers calling and so forth. Anyway he resigned.
