Gentlemen,

With up to 60 million "play" shares out there this stock will never achieve its true market
value (what that value could be is another question entirely)

While I applaud the recent press release from Mr Stamm as a good start, much work
remains to be done to get the NAMX house in order. Certainly management must get day
to day business on solid footing and must consider all options to enhance the apparent
strengths of the operation; gas in the ground and the EM technology.

On the topic more dear to us shareholders, the huge block of unauthorized stock leaves
each of us without hope of a solid recovery from our recent lows. Even if new investors
take an interest in NAMX based upon the apparent underlying strengths and the low cost
to get in, these illicit stocks will still sabotage us. With nothing paid there is little to for
these people to lose and on each run up they will be able to cash in at our expense. I
encourage the company to cut these operators off at the knees with a campaign of
vigorous prosecution. A stock re-certification program would be welcomed from all that
have paid out good dollars for this troubled company.

In summary, I remain cautiously optimistic about the opportunities for this company but
to invest further without aggressive action against the stolen stock is unwarranted.

Tom Burke
