The Learnstar division of NTN is being sold to the business partner of the former Chairman of NTN.

They still don't have the cash you're speaking of, and if all goes as usual for NTN they won't get it.

Their IWN division was supposed to be sold to Omnigon for $2.4 million but instead they "gave" it to their Australian licensee to fund because they can no longer afford its losses. I say it was a face saver. Rather than just close the doors they get to say it was a business decision. No mention of not getting any money for it.

In their 10K Sokol said if the deals to sell the subs fell through he was closing them down. He actually stopped funding them both on March 31st after years of losses and little revenue.

Now if you were negotiating sales of anything would you announce to the world that your other option was to shut them down?

Sokol's a genius all right.

Why aren't you telling these people the whole story about this sorry company??

There's a good board on Yahoo with lots of posting.

I have to warn anyone who's interested that these hypers are there too, but at least there are knowledgeable posters to keep them honest.

I would read a few months worth of posts. And keep track of who says what.
