Hell, if having 2-3 corporate jets is going to improve Novell's world sales growth, then more power to Schmidt!

These are the type of attributes (below from news article) that attracted me to Novell last winter as I started to look into the value of Novell, and Schmidt in particular. It meshes with my instincts and personality too. I believe Schimdt will retain and grow his world class programers, and their loyalty to him and their products will be fierce.
