IN a reverse takeover - If this is the case as the last NR indicates then a new company will emerge that has a siginificantly different basis of business - They may or may not keep their current symbol and/or name. New shares will be issued for the old ones if it is full reverse takeover ( most likely).

I would think that this could only happen if the deal with SEE comes to fruition and that the ASE is satisfied that the deal is done. There may be different reporting and classification requirements.

I have no idea what would happen to the price as the deal is basically built into the price ( this was a 9 cent stock a while ago). If it does fly high - I will ask the ASE to investigate the buyer of that 100k worth of stock before the halt as that purchase was blatantly obvious as they were market buy orders that wiped out the offers through to .42 when it had been trading at .36 cents. It was definately one buy order.

If Roper has issued new saying that a reverse takeover is to occur then we can only assume that the deal is done and the ASE has to approve the whole thing,

TO ANYONE - please correct me if I am incorrect here on any points as I am only stating what I have picked up in my limited expereience with companies that have gone through this.
