RM, the correction we just went through on the SPX was an ABC pennant correction or a wave 4 IMHO. We should now accellerate to the mid 9000's with scared foriegn money fueling both the bond and blue chips. You could also argue that the correction on the XAU was a flag ABC correction with the pole peak on April 6th with a dramatic capitulation bottom and bearishness that rivaled the Jan 12th bottom. We could get a big move in gold like January 23rd in the next couple of weeks. No guarantees from the management. bb
