restricted and sale will not occur.

That was the biggie that had my ears raised...whew! It seems the remainder of the 144's may have already been carried out, as by the time the "general public" see's the filing, shares have already been sold. I havent actually gotten deep into the filings yet...Form 4's , etc.

I take it you phoned the company this morning.

Spoke with rhombic central today,news from Daimler Sunday;Monday for us. Whatever Daimler is working on concerning the EIC is taking place in three buildings, a mile long. Documents between Rhombic and Daimler is over 50 pages long hoping the release won't be as long but as good. Lost of enthusiasm from Rhombic central!
