GERMANY?! Truly mind boggling. Must confess that all this time I felt DGIV essentially was going to be solely an investment in IP Telephony from the LDC ( less devlpng. countries ) point of view--Indonesia, the Mideast, Phillipines, Russian republics, etc.---as if that was not enough. But to build-out in the heart of a burgeoning Europe ( with all the implications -- networks, a single economic entity melting away century all barriers to trade, the EuroDollar ) was, at least for me, totally unexpected. This, imo, might be, arguably, the Jewel in the Crown ( at least for the time being????????:-). L
