just spoke with the girl at the desk at PTEK. A real rep will return my call when they get back to their desk but she did tell me that the Co is preparing a statement to be released this afternoon or tomorrow morning re the debacle. she couldn't tell me if the company agrees with the eps cut or if the analyst acted with co information or in their own vacuum.
