Eric, It could be that His name is just a carry over. It hasn't been that long since MIDL divested itself from New Departure. At this point I'm certainly not going to worry about it. Happy Trading, Frank

Wayne Duke is still an officer of Midland Inc. not one of Arcon's so I expect Wayne is going to have to step up to assist in IR apparently ... I do not know but they are doing what they got to do ..

Until the shareholders meeting Wayne Duke will be an officer in Midland.
