not a joke anymore.. not a buying oppurtunity.
this will open up so much dissent. the lenders
scrambling to get their money. you can believe
some lawsuits will be filed. I don't see anyway
way out but Chapter 11. And if you guys get mad
and start defending Innovacom blindly .. think
again..the only people that will lose are those
that refuses to see the actual picture.

I guess we don't have to wait until the end of June...

Who actually owns the intellectual rights? I wonder if these are not worth a lot to CUBE or MU. Does anyone else remember seeing that MU held 2 million shares of MPEG? MU needs another way to diversify in the worst way, instead they are acquiring TI DRAM business. MPEG might be a perfect choice for financial support as their MPEG shares could be worthless without any support.
