Appreciate the comments. Well taken. I have no problem with anyone disagreeing with me.

In Tim's defense, I will say that it could fairly be assumed that I slammed him. I am preparing a public response to him that, as I said in an earlier post, will be germane and fair.

This thread is interesting, indeed. I can't say that I have read any other on SI quite like it. But then, I don't get around much.

Gotta go to work. That bottom paint is expensive!

I would think the warrants will have a high enough strike price to not pose a problem until the fundamentals of the company can easily absorb the dilutive effects that they will bring.

Probably nothing will ever stop any shorter from returning to short a stock. But they will have to cover any current short position within the month once the name change/warrants are issued.
