In my opinion, the JIM 96 issue was public to all the R & D at big pharm cos. to review. If they havent announced trials to this point.... I wouldnt worry a pinch about it. We are still waitng to learn if Dr. Young has learned the mechanism by which Reticulose trancripts the interferon gene... Aint no big Pharm co. in sight. IMO Plus, the way I see it is that once the NCI establishes the above, AVR and NCI will own this baby and I this is the case, I would anticipate a commercial patent for liscensing or something like that. IMO Anyone search journals yet, and speculate what issue we will see? I am ineeficient with this computer and cant really even type. Mr. Allen, glad I can offer my opinion here.!
