Was looking at some earlier press releases and found this:

"APRIL 9, 1997
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Infocall Communications Corp. NASD-BB-INFE, a provider of
Temporary Help, Permanent Placement staffing and Human
Resources Outsourcing services with 1996 revenues in excess of
$3.6 million, has announced the acquisition of an exclusive
license from ASAP Solutions, Inc. a software company that has
developed a powerful search and retrieval product designed for
application in the Human Resource industry.

This license, valued at $1,000,000 through third party appraisal,
was purchased by Infocall in exchange for ten thousand (10,000)
shares of redeemable convertible preferred stock. Each share of
the preferred stock is convertible into ten (10) shares of Infocall
common stock at one hundred dollars ($100.00) per share."

I don't know too much about software licenses, but a $1 million dollar license sounds significant to me. The software must be pretty good. Also, am I wrong to assume that the "preferred stock" are like warrants and that ASAP can only redeem shares at $100?!?

if so, looks like we still have a ways to go.
