Doug,

Looks like those 300 puts are at the ask, so somebody is
buying PPs? In that case, they are not establishing
300 Bull Put Spreads?
Can you confirm whether the puts are at the Bid or Ask?

someone feels this is the bottom, and someone else is arbing that we go lower, the % goes to the guy who wrote the puts, but he is giving 10% plus time to all takers...
