Remember that "slashing of prices" is nothing new in the PC industry. This has been the norm since the beginning. Also remember that parts costs are continually going down as well. Of course that doesn't matter if you already have a higher cost inventory...but price cutting will NEVER end in this industry, so don't worry about it. Paul PS...I remember paying $15 each for a VHS blank tape. And computers are nowhere near as common as the ubiquitous VCR.
