He built up the military from nothing, DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT. Ans. The military had 1.3 million people in it in 1982. Is that nothing? I was there he gave us strength. Question: Where were you? Carter "lost" the middle east. HE CUT TAXES ACROSS the board HE BROUGHT AN END TO THE COLD WAR He Destroyed The Soviet Union. Do you understand that?
