Here is more things that people sent me about the insider trades. I looked again and see that the dates for Robert Stewart I put up said last year. I also notice that but the amounts were the same as for the other amount for May of 1998. Anybody know really what is the true story? Anybody know about the Motorola contract if there will be an announcement if CSGI will make more money from them? How about the Norway company or the Singapore company or the Agiss deals?

your insider information on CSGI is old news.

Robert Stewart sold those shares LAST YEAR!!! look at the dates.

However, an interesting note about:

09/11/97 APJ FAMILY TRUST 20,000 $180,000˜

APJ Family Trust Belonged to John Nasiff, ConSyGen's Attorney!!

He was given 20,000 shares of stock by Bob Stewart and then he immediatley turned around and sold them.

This is right before the first placement was done at $5.875

He knew that the price was going to fall and dumped the stock right Before the announcement was made.... And this is their ATTORNEY!!

I also found out that most of the information on your post is NOT correct.

There are a lot of double prints and the 1% rule would not allow that many shares to be registered.

The attorney, John Nasiff, screwed up many of these filing and the numbers of shares are not correct.
