A "watered down press release" is smart, very smart.

1) It confirms that they are doing what they said they would be doing.

2) It "rewards" long term shareholders because the book value just increased.

3) Moment/daytraders get frustrated because this isn't the BIG news they were looking for.

4) One or more press releases can be made in the future on the same property that shows increased valuation.

All-in-all a plus for long-term holders and a downer if you are in the timing game.

PS, I think Mr. Uselton is wise to the game playing, hype, and speculation. I like what he is doing. Like everyone else, I would like a higher price, but I can wait for the story to unfold.
