Ian, thanks for posting the conclusion of the DS report.

Re. MAL's strategies with its acquisitions, my sense is that they remain fairly independent divisions with their own headquarters e.g. Bristol's headquarters is till in Winnipeg, while MAL is in Toronto. I suppose they may have merged some central administration units (payroll, investors relations etc). I would have to dig out their annual report to see if I can glean anything out of it. Dennis and Philip may be more knowledgeable about this.

Ian A,

Magellan has said Chicopee and its 200 employees will operate as they have in the past under the leadership of the existing management team however, Chicopee's operating results will be included in Magellan's financial statements beginning with its next financial results.

I would assume the same will apply to the latest acquisition of Ambel Precision Manufacturing Corp. of Bethel, Connecticut. At present Ambel is generating revenue of approximately $20-million, but that level is expected to increase with completion of the plant expansion.

Hope this helps,

Den
