J.D: In the absence of a written offer, there is no bid. The CEO has
not denied or confirmed merger talks. This has led to Bay winding up as pure a pure speculative gamble.

I am seriously thinking a hedge may be the best strategy now.

Mr. Dodson,

I agree with little of your post - please beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bay is poised to perform better than their # dramatically for the current quarter. "DO NOT" make a play on this stock that would be contra to a quarter that exceeds the whisper #.

I predict 700 Million +/- 5%.

As for the buyout - after a quarter like I predict it will take care of itself.

Relaease date = 3rd Tuesday in July
