Couple of pieces of information - and then some questions. Octel looks good from my point of view. (even though I am somewhat below water on it) It has all the makings of both a good spinoff and a good contrarian play.

Chicago title is trading (on a when issued basis) at ~50 giving a TEV of about 1 billion (unless they get loaded with debt in the last minute) Based on my earlier analysis and our discussion, it would need to drop about 30% before I may find it interesting.

Lastly, a couple of questions. You seem to have a pretty good handle on getting information on stock splits and self tenders. Is it just from reading a lot or are their sources for this sort of thing. Appreciate any insight you could give
