Ok, then I take it you have some facts to present here? As so far you have pesented nothing.

So, exactly what facts contradict my statement that waivers were routinely given to doners and non-doners by presidents from both parties?

Dragonfly pointed out that LMT and GMH got waivers
without giving a dime to the Dems. In fact, I
challenge you to name one satcom company that did not
receive a waiver (note that this would only concern
cicilian satellites, since waivers for DOD satellites
are out). If every company gets waivers, waivers can't
be worth much.
