I don't know about the short term prospects of Focus. Frankly my knowledge of the immediate impact of various events inside the company is limited.

However, look at the big picture. They just put some nice cash in their coffers from the warrants, but not too much, so not too much dilution. They are therefore financed for the foreseeable future. This will allow them to develop their HDTV product, which is a large part of why I think they are going to do well in the next 5 years.

If you read the threads you'll find enough people out there to say that management sucks, etc. I am not that smart. I just see this company as one with no major financial problems, essentially breaking even, still an active player in several high growth fields and signing good if not great deals with retailers and some OEM deals. All they need is ...more of the same and the capacity to ship their products on time. Hopefully the additional cash will help in that regard.

Price action, who ever knows. Could drift down to $2 and then a buyout at $10. Lots of possible scenarios.
