Shane, Trey, re: Cube secondary supplier

Cube supplies the DVD decoder in the Zenith boxes, VLSI does the security part.

Just my two cents.

Q: What is Divx and can C-Cube be a chip supplier?
A: Divx (Digital Video Express) is a different format of DVD for the consumer market that is supported by Disney and Circuit City. Divx works by selling a disc to the consumer for less than the price of a DVD title, but the catch is that you are charged a fee for playing the movie any time after the initial 48-hour period after its purchase (through a modem connection). The Divx player is expected to be about $100 more than a DVD player with similar features. Secondarily, C-Cube is a supplier for both the DVD and the Divx formats.
