Zeev: Most of what I know about the "short game" is from this thread, and the fact that short interest increased dramatically during the most recent two or three months on record.

1. Earlier, we had several anonymous SI posters trying to talk MS down on this thread. These are people who do not give their real identities, don't disclose an e-mail address, and post ONLY to this thread -- pretty transparent.

2. A Bloomberg reporter has run several critical stories, one of which turned out to be wrong and had to be retracted. Some of us suspect he's being spoon-fed his "information" by shorts.

3. Robert Gintel, whose fund holds a major percentage of MS stock, has said he recently moved that stock OUT of margin accounts -- against his usual practice -- because of "abusive" short practices.

I haven't worried about the shorts too much -- or about the big drop in price last week -- because I'm in for the long term. Eventually the product will sell or it won't, and if it does the shorts will cover and the price will go back up.

Zeev,

There must be a few of us hanging back on this one, waiting to see where the bottom is...I think there is a good amount of upside potential here, especially if:

1) the technology is accepted in Europe with the "early adopters".

2) the technology is transferable to applications outside the dental market (other types of injections)

I am not sure of the price to get in at, and think it may go lower first.

good luck to all.
