I noticed your concern about filling...I own a nice chunk of Dell that I wont sell..period...you can call it long shares
I often pick up shares for one price and sell it for a nice profit.
That does not mean that I'm dumping dell..I just took a little profit to shop around.
Some of these folks need to get a little diversified and pay some bills like new Homes, BMWs, college and ECT..ECT
Dell longs know how to interpete this..
Does this bother you..

As for Ms. Malone: "Effective July 18, 1997 (the date of the first Board of Directors meeting following last year's annual meeting of stockholders), each non-employee director received an option to purchase 24,000 shares with an exercise price of $74.08 per share, which upon payment of the two-for-one split of the common stock on March 6, 1998, is now the equivalent of an option to purchase 48,000 shares at an exercise price of $37.04 per share." -DELL 10K
