Brian - I took it off the ticker a while ago - Stupid stupid stupid because I would have been in at 16 or 17 - It has tailed off and hardly traded but the volume is much bigger than in many months????

William G. Brissenden, Inc. (WGB Inc) advises that on June 5, 1998 it acquired a total of 1,577,535 shares of Regal Goldfields pursuant to private agreements. WGB Inc previously owned 867,607 shares of Regal. Accordingly, WGB Inc now owns 2,444,742 shares (17.1 per cent) of Regal. Regal presently has 14,290,029 common shares and 2,000,000 special warrants outstanding. The special warrants are exercisable into 2,000,000 shares and 1,000,000 warrants within six business days after a receipt is issued by the OSC for a final prospectus qualifying such shares and warrants, or on June 23, 1999, whichever is earlier. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one share in the capital of Regal at 20 cents at any time on or before Dec. 23, 1999.
