Terry...you must have confused Micron Technology S.A..w/ MU
this is a company that gave SierraVista a line of 5Mil
That is why MPEG acquired them.. so MPEG can use the 5Mil Line.
MPEG became the principal debtor having acquired Sierra Vista.
Now, if you notice that the lender opted to convert and sell
the shares to cover the loan ( See SEC Recent Filing in May)
Jettison and Micron Technology are the selling parties - about
8 million shares.
