Well Mark,

Your "soul" connection is just a little too complicated for me; however, this is the reason I believe we should each have our own personal religion. Now, those who feel it's necessary to have more social contact in their spiritual life will find this answer unsatisfactory. For me, keeping our relationship with god a private matter is the most beneficial way.

Our need for social contact is met in many other ways. Feeling we need to be members of a religious team defeats the purpose IMO.

My philosophy when it comes to religion: "keep it simple."

Treat others with the respect we expect for ourselves, try to make a difference by helping the less fortunate with our time on earth & enjoy life.
